What is your job/position and what are your day-to-day tasks?

Since 2025, I have been working as a systems consultant in our sales team, helping potential new customers find the right waveware® software solutions for their needs. Whether it’s customer appointments, trade fairs, or tenders, my day-to-day work is as varied as waveware® itself. Some days I spend in the office preparing quotes, contacting potential new customers by phone or in writing, and dealing with internal issues. Other days I’m out and about presenting waveware®. It’s this balance that makes the job so interesting.

Which tools do you mainly use for your work?

My notebook, smart devices, laser pointer, and occasionally a notepad and pen are my daily companions. I also have access to the standard MS Office programs, MS Teams for internal and external communication, and a colorful assortment of other IT tools, some of which were developed by the Loy & Hutz team.

What challenges drive you the most?

Our software is designed to meet a wide range of requirements. waveware® is industry-independent and can be used, for example, in the real estate industry, in healthcare facilities, educational institutions, industrial manufacturers, cities, municipalities, and many other areas. The challenge is to determine the optimal system configuration that users can utilize in the long term.

Where can you best contribute your strengths?

My strength is my commitment—I devote myself to every task with complete passion, because without enthusiasm, work is no fun. I am also a quick learner.

What do you like most about your job?

I particularly appreciate small and large successes. Thanks to the entire Loy & Hutz team, these experiences can often be shared. This strengthens us and motivates us to work toward the next success.

What are you most passionate about outside of work?

In alphabetical order: weight training, riding my motorcycle, listening to music, sunbathing, and spending time with my wife.
