Holger Dardemann
As part of the support team, Holger is a central point of contact for our customers’ questions and concerns relating to the use of our software solutions. He also supports colleagues at all times with his knowledge and experience. Holger particularly enjoys the variety of his work, which offers him new challenges every day. He is particularly motivated by finding suitable solutions for customer and employee requirements. He greatly appreciates the team spirit and helpfulness among his colleagues. In his free time, Holger enjoys being out and about in nature to capture the most beautiful moments with his camera. At home, he enjoys spending time in the kitchen, where he lives out his passion for cooking.
As a team member in support, I am the central point of contact for our customers’ questions and concerns relating to the use of our software solutions. At the same time, I am always on hand to help and advise my colleagues. My daily activities also include the creation and extension of licenses.
I work with our internal software waveware® QPRO on a daily basis. Here I mainly use the ticket system, which is used to receive inquiries from our customers sent by e-mail. Of course, I use our current waveware® software solutions on a daily basis and occasionally also the previous generation of visual FM, which some companies still use. I use TeamViewer and AnyDesk for our remote support.
The exciting thing about my work is that I never know what the day has in store for me. Familiarizing myself with new applications and modules is challenging, but at the same time drives me to constantly expand my knowledge. Last but not least, communicating with our customers and colleagues motivates me. I’m always delighted when I’m able to find a suitable solution for their requirements.
I see my strengths in communicating with our customers. My area of responsibility requires a great deal of patience, empathy and positive charisma.
What I like best is the team spirit and the helpfulness among my colleagues. We are simply a good team.
In my free time, I prefer to be out and about in nature. Sitting on the beach and watching the sunrise or sunset or hiking through the mountains relaxes me. I like to capture the most beautiful moments with my camera. Besides photography, cooking is one of my hobbies.
