Martina Gremmelspacher | Office Management

Martina is our organizational talent at LH headquarters and takes care of incoming orders, personnel master data and company outings, for example. She also makes sure that visitors feel comfortable and answers calls at our central phone number. Last but not least, she assists with recruiting and onboarding. So she appreciates not only the contact with many areas of the company, but also her varied day-to-day work.








Q&A with Martina

What is your job/position and what are your day-to-day tasks?

At Loy & Hutz, I am responsible for everything to do with the office. I answer the phone at the central phone number and greet all visitors who come to our office. I also take care of business trips, orders and all other questions from my colleagues. I also support our HR specialist in HR issues such as recruiting and onboarding, including the induction of new colleagues.

Which tools do you mainly use for your work?

I work a lot in the office with MS Teams to contact customers and colleagues and with MS Outlook to process incoming orders and customer requests. I also work with our internal software waveware® QPRO to document and process everything. Here I maintain order confirmations, maintenance contracts and internal personnel master data.

What challenges drive you the most?

The exciting thing about my job is that no two days are the same. One day I am booking trips and the next I am making sure that our customers feel comfortable when they come to us for training. Of course, unusual tasks like planning the Christmas party or a company excursion are particularly great.

Where can you best contribute your strengths?

I see my strengths in the fact that I can keep track of things well and enjoy organizing and planning. Due to my central position and the insight into many areas, I can give new colleagues a good overview. For any questions, I always find a solution or someone in the LH team who has a solution.

What do you like most about your job?

I especially like the fact that I can work in many areas of the company and that I always have to deal with almost all of the employees at LH. Through the central function, I have a lot of contact with people – whether with customers, employees, applicants or partner companies.

What are you most passionate about outside of work?

In my free time, I like to bake. Of course, everyone in the office is always happy when something is left over and finds its way into the office kitchen. Otherwise, I like to switch off while reading or simply spending time in my home around Freiburg.
