In several work sessions on the Ligurian Sea, we strengthen our team spirit in a very special way. Employees from various areas of our German and international locations work together to develop new ideas and a strong sense of unity. #creatingfuture

Awesome: Thanks to flexible working hours, home office arrangements and JobRad 🚲 it is possible to stay fit during the week despite short winter days. Our application developer Florian is quite happy to use the time to look down from Freiburg’s Rehagsattel ⛰️ to what is probably the most beautiful company location.

During the Christmas 🎄 season, we gave each other gifts 🎁 and unwrapped them via TEAMS to see the reactions live. 😊 In some cases to the amusement of all participants. We had a lot of fun and are already looking forward to next year – whether online or offline.

Unusual times call for unusual arrangements: Every day, 6–8 employees are drawn at random and invited to lunch 🍝 together. This brings us more together, strengthens team spirit 💪 and at the same time the action helps the local gastronomy 🍽️.

“Do you remember?” Whether Lake Como, Mallorca or Barcelona 🌴⛱️🌊☀️⛰️ – our regular company excursions not only allow us to switch off from our daily work routine. Together, we experience beautiful moments that become memories we love to look back on as a team.
