Awesome: Thanks to flexible working hours, home office arrangements and JobRad 🚲 it is possible to stay fit during the week despite short winter days. Our application developer Florian is quite happy to use the time to look down from Freiburg’s Rehagsattel ⛰️ to what is probably the most beautiful company location.
During the Christmas 🎄 season, we gave each other gifts 🎁 and unwrapped them via TEAMS to see the reactions live. 😊 In some cases to the amusement of all participants. We had a lot of fun and are already looking forward to next year – whether online or offline.
Unusual times call for unusual arrangements: Every day, 6–8 employees are drawn at random and invited to lunch 🍝 together. This brings us more together, strengthens team spirit 💪 and at the same time the action helps the local gastronomy 🍽️.
